Order Value 100 USD and above: FREE
Order Value below 100 USD: 5 USD
Lampshades: 15 USD 

Worldwide
Due to the increase in shipping fees, we are currently not able to offer flat rates for worldwide shipping. Please reach out to swd@sophiewilliamsondesign.com to discuss shipping options.
For orders shipping internationally there might be a customs charge upon arrival of your package that is determined from country to country. The local shipping provider will be in touch with you directly to facilitate that payment.

Orders
Online orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours. Delivery times can vary. Any orders placed over the weekend or during United States and/or New Jersey public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders are shipped once the product is available. You will receive a shipping notice once the item has shipped.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
